"Don't Judge Me"

I really do have great kids. We don't tolerate name calling or allow bad language. ANY. (what does happen here is subtle and we jump on it) They are kind and nurturing to their younger siblings and look forward to spending time with them....Then comes a toddler. They are an unruly people. We were worried that our little man wouldn't talk. He now screams during hymn singing at church, "No sing Mommy. You can't sing." He has picked up some words that he did not get from me. Little boy potty humor words. Hmmmm? He is wild and takes a lot of patience. But he is sooooo funny. He says the funniest things but they are usually naughty :)

His newest thing. In his cute little toddler voice is to look you straight in the face and say "Don't judge me!"

Hehe... what is it with small boys and toilet humour?? I just sent a letter to my nephew interstate (he just turned 7) and included a photo of my very curious cat sticking her head in the toilet bowl to watch it flush. He thought that photo was the best birthday present ever! :D

Thanks for visiting my blog. Drop by for virtual pie anytime...

That's actually a pretty good mantra to have.

He's just reminding everyone out there.. Quit judging me! :)

If only I could say that to some of the people who come into my work ;)

Love it! And my 4 year old covers my mouth in church sometimes, too. It's a good thing she's cute!

Hey, Hallelujah! Thanks so much for coming by and reading my blog. Yes, I am struggling, but I am hoping that good will come of this. Maybe someone else who is going through the same thing (Gosh, I hope noone else is going through it...but you know it's happening) may find it and we can find comfort together. But it is wonderful to find others who care!

To cute I read your post to my husband he laughed and said that little guy has a lot of character. I know what you mean about patience I have too and right now my three youngest are constant balls of energy. My husband I just applied for some life insurance and one of the questions was do you work with atomic energy? I said no but some days it feels like it!!! Thanks for the chuckle.

I have 3 toddlers right now! They aren't quite to the talking-all-the-time stage, but I'm scared, very scared about what they will be saying when they do:)
By the way I love your family photo at the top! Such a beautiful family!

Oh gosh... he's probably got siblings that laugh when he says these things and he is the little clown. He is too stinking cute.

Too funny! I know when my little guy is old enough to talk, I am going to have to bite my tongue trying not to laugh at all the "boyisms" that are sure to come!

Stopping by from SITS to say Hi!

That's too funny that he says, "Don't judge me." And really, how do you argue with that? Especially when he's as cute as he is :)

Oh boy! Toddlers really are so much fun, and sometimes just exasperating! lol

This is the age where they really prove to you and themselves that they are their own person, and not just an extension of you. Ha. What fun.
